Typically when we talk about smokers tech,we are usually trying describe the latest and greatest in electronic cigarettes, vaporizers or the amazing Yocan. Today, we thought it might be somewhat entertaining to talk about the “old school” smoking devices we offer at our smoke shop in Kansas City. When we say “old school,” we mean smoking devices and accessories that do not require batteries, titanium nails, heating elements or coils or anything more than the smoking device and a fire source. “Old school” smoking devices like glass pipes, water pipes, one hitters and dugouts, hookahs and, the most simple, rolling papers. These smoking devices and smoking accessories have been used by smokers for, in some cases, hundreds of years. Even though “old school” smoking devices have come a long way in design and engineering (ex: water pipes) but the principle has always remained the same: smoking apparatus, flame source, and something to smoke.
