Sucks to say it but the fact is that you’ve got a little over a week left to buy flavored vape pods before the FDA’s ban takes effect nationwide. Most flavored vape pod manufacturers have already ceased the sale and distribution of them online and in stores so if anyone tells you they can legally sell then after January 31st, 2020, they are not fully informed (we’ve been in direct contact with the FDA). At Smokers Heaven smoke and vape shop in Kansas City, we’ve been marking down all of the remaining pods we’ve got in stock to help our customers stock up before their gone but our inventory is starting to run low and we obviously won’t be ordering any more.

We will, however, continue to stock tobacco and menthol flavored vape pods as they are not included in the ban and we will have them for JUUL, JUUL compatible brands, Blu, and other pod vaping devices but all other flavors will be taken off of the shelves if they aren’t sold by the close of business January 31st, 2020. What we do know is that flavored disposable pods ARE NOT part of the FDA’s ban (for now) and they offer a pretty similar vaping experience to replaceable pods. There are many new brands like Puff Bar, BidiStick, RipStick, Stig, Fogg and others that have good reputations for reliability and delivering a quality vaping experience. Disposable vape pods are pretty simple to use in that you don’t ever have to replace pods like JUUL, Phix or other pod style vaping device because once they are empty you simply throw them away. Plus, disposable pod vapes are continually adding new flavors to their lineups so if your favorite flavor isn’t available yet, be patient because it’s likely on its way soon.
