It’s been a while since we’ve had our doors open but that’s all about to change on Friday May 15th because we’re reopening Smokers Heaven smoke, vape, and tobacco shop! Still located at 101st and Wornall Road just a block north of I-435, Smokers Heaven has a fresh new look for our smoke shop with all new shelves and a completely new layout and we can’t wait for you to see it.

Unfortunately, it’s not quite business as usual at our smoke and vape shop due to the COVID-19 outbreak so we’ve had to make a few changes to how we operate and we’re asking our customers for their help as well. Here’s the new health and safety guidelines set forth by Kansas City:
- Our smoke and vape shop will be cleaned and sanitized multiple times per day: We see a ton of foot traffic at Smokers Heaven and we want to make sure our customers feel safe when shopping with us. We’ve added extra staff to help keep our shop clean and safe focusing heavily on areas that are touched like the counters, door pulls, and credit card machines. We’ll continue to clean our store frequently each day for the foreseeable future.
- Our staff will be wearing face masks: In accordance with recommendations set forth by the city of Kansas City and the Centers For Disease Control, our staff will be wearing masks during normal business hours. We encourage our customers to please do the same when shopping with us to protect those that are more vulnerable to catching COVID-19. We are not obligated to require our customers to wear masks but we do believe it is the right thing to do at this time and we hope you agree.
- Maintain Social Distancing: We’ve all heard to staying 6 feet away is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and at Smokers Heaven, we will be enforcing this. We understand that the layout of our store makes social distancing difficult but we know that our customers can help make it happen.
- No more than 5 people in our smoke and vape shop at a time: Obviously large groups of people won’t be allowed in our store at this time and we’ll have staff places at the front door to make sure that no more than 5 people at a time are inside.
- If you’re sick, stay out of our store: It goes without saying that COVID-19 spreads quickly and the safety and health of our staff and customers is the most important thing at this time. There is nothing that we sell at our smoke and vape shop that is worth risking your life or someone else’s for. If you are or have been sick, please consider having someone do your shopping for you.
- Continued curbside pickup: Look, we get it. Some of our customers aren’t going to be comfortable coming into our smoke and vape shop just yet which is why we’ll continue to offer curbside pickup until further notice. If you would like curbside service simply call our shop at (816) 249-2618 with your order and let us know when you’ll arrive and one of our staff will meet you outside.
